The employees are fast and polite. They serve marvellous breakfasts for all tastes with plane food and excellent coffee, for example.

Very very helpful staff that liked their guests. The breakfast was well priced and very comprehensive, and the dining area was kept stocked.

Fairly clean hotel, truly enjoyed to be short walk to public buses and taxis from Nathan Road, and underground trains and a night market nearby at Temple Street thanks to good and perfect location. The breakfast deal was generous with Asian foods, local cuisine, cocktails. This place was just what we had in mind, can't recommend highly enough...

Friendly and efficient staff, excellent location within walking distance to key attractions, clean and comfortable rooms, good value for money. The receptionist provided a warm welcome and promptly addressed our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Kowloon.

Very expensive.

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Kowloon Nathan Road. As a member, I received a free night and a 20% discount on the other three nights, making it a great deal. The location is perfect, right in the bustling area of Kowloon with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was very accommodating, giving us a room upon our early arrival and even surprising our daughter with a gift. The rooms were excellent and the service was superb. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the area, as it was right next to a subway station. Plus, there was a large shopping mall just next door, which made it convenient for any last-minute purchases. The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent room service and always being available to assist me.

Although the overall experience was great, I did feel that some of the staff could have been more friendly and informative. A little smile and a warm welcome would have gone a long way in improving the hotel's image.

Good and fast service, well trained staff

Despite good connections by bus or subway, the hotel is a little far from the center.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was clean and well furnished. Also the shower with WC was comfortable. The breakfast was very rich and the coffee was very good.

Although our room was on the 9th floor it was very dark. There was very little daylight in the narrow alley.

I was very happy with the well-kept and well decorated room, that was complete with the bed was comfy good lighting really good blackout blinds location, windows overlooking grotty buildings, bathtub.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the Jordan MTR station and close to Temple markets. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread had a wide variety of delicious food. The free wifi and king size bed were also great amenities.

Location very convenient. Bus from airport stops right in front of hotel. Free Internet is much appreciated. Rooms were average size but very comfortable and clean. Wide variety of television channels available.

We asked for 2 twin rooms and 1 king room. On arrival they said that no twin rooms available but after asking again if we could please at least have one twin room, they accommodated us. In addition, they managed to give us rooms close to each other which was good.

The location is generally good, but it is difficult to get there by taxi because the road is often busy

This hotel is in a great location near a shopping mall and subway station, which made it easy to get around. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the lounge offered a nice selection of drinks and snacks. the facilities were well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay.

The elevators required a room card to operate, which could be inconvenient at times.
